1. What is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The RGPD is the new European framework concerning the processing and circulation of personal data, the information on which companies rely to offer services and products. It covers all residents of the European Union.
Prior to the GDPR – whose more solemn name is the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data – there was a directive on the protection of personal data dating from 1995. This text is repealed by the RGPD

4. I no longer wish to receive postal mail or be contacted by telephone for commercial prospecting purposes.
If your request follows the reception of an email from our services, we invite you to refer to questions 02 and 03 to know the procedure to follow in order to stop receiving them
If your request is the result of a postal mail or a phone call from our services, please leave us your contact information so that our customer service can call you back if necessary. Your request requires a personalized intervention.
If you are a professional, subscribed to our services, we invite you to provide us with the name of your company/establishment or your SIRET number as well as your subscriber number, if you know it, so that we can do all the preliminary research before contacting you again.

5. I want to change my details
Your request requires a personalized intervention of our services. We invite you to leave us your contact information so that our customer service can call you back.
If you are a professional, subscribed to our services, we invite you to provide us with the name of your company/establishment or your SIRET number as well as your subscriber number, if you know it, so that we can do all the preliminary research before contacting you again.

6. I wish to delete my personal data
If you simply do not wish to receive our newsletters or to be contacted commercially by our services, you will find the steps to follow in the answers to questions 2, 3 and/or 4 bis on this page.
To exercise your right to rectify and delete all your personal data requires a personalized intervention of our services.
If you are a professional, subscriber to our services, we invite you to provide us with the name of your company/establishment or your SIRET number as well as your subscriber number, if you know it, so that our services can make sure to cover all the systems in which personal data concerning you could be present.
We remind you that if you are a customer, a paying subscriber to one of our services, we are obliged to keep your billing data, including some of your personal data, for a period of 10 years. For more details, you can consult article 5 of our personal data protection policy.
In accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés), we thank you for accompanying your request with a proof of identity (identity card or passport), in pdf or image format, by clicking on the “Upload a file” button in the form below. This proof of identity will only be kept by our services for the time required to process the application. It will then be destroyed.

7. How is my personal data used?
We share information with the companies within FoodChain ID, to which we belong, for administrative purposes (e.g. internal administration, invoicing and providing our products and services to customers). It is in our legitimate interest to share this information with these parties for these purposes.
